Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality marketing services with professionalism and diligence. Because work begins immediately upon payment, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases where a service failure occurs due to reasons within our control, we may—at our sole discretion—offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. Refunds, if granted, will only apply to unrendered services and will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to your next invoice if services are continuing.
Shipping and Delivery
We do not ship physical products. Our business provides digital and professional services only, with no physical goods delivered.
Return Policy
As a service-based business, we do not accept returns. If you have concerns about any part of the service provided, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss a resolution.
Cancellation Policy
If you are on a monthly retainer, you may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice via email. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
